I’m a newcomer in the bus and group tourism market – what happens now?
Quite simple: ask us! With our good connections to many group tour operators and our weekly surveys, we have our finger on the pulse of the industry! General industry data or current details on booking phases, travel trends, marketing strategies – we’ve got it for you. Give us a call.
Where do the addresses/contacts to group tour operators come from to where my advertising gets sent?
The BusMail mailing lists include long term regular contacts as well as regular new addresses from group tourism companies or clubs/associations than have shown an interest in our media by mail or fax. We also permanently research new contacts to which we then offer our info. services. We update our new entries as well as regular data monthly.
Is there a certain contract duration/cancellation period for products?
With a BusMail order you are bound for as long, or as short, as your want.
One off advertisement placements are possible as are 3 or 6 advertisements over a period of time.
In this respect, we do not have a cancellation period – you book the exact time you need. You also benefit from considerable flexibility within your booked service: upon completion, e.g. of a triple advertisement placement, you choose your preferred time within the following 12 months and are not bound to the calendar year. Our digital media also does not bind you to a cancellation period:
we offer periods of 6-12 months which are not extended automatically.

Advertisement / supplement formats should not differ from the given measurements.
File format
The fully designed advertisement / flyer must be supplied as closed PDF-X file (JPG is also possible in exceptional cases). Resolution: 300 dpi, CMYK. Please note that all fonts etc. must also be incorporated in a PDF-X.
